Estimated delivery
A delivery estimate is shown only after the supplier route, warehouse and shipping method have been verified. Add confirmed windows before enabling live fulfilment.
Dispatch and tracking
When tracking is available, the order page shows the carrier and tracking number after matching both the order number and customer email.
Delays, changes and exceptions
